Thank you for choosing Gemini Image Studio. We strive to provide the best AI image generation experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Request Period

• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date
• Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your account must have generated fewer than 5 AI images after the purchase
• Credits must not have been fully consumed (at least 50% remaining)
• Refund requests should be sent via email to howlongfresh@gmail.com
• Please include your account email address and the detailed reason for the refund

Non‑Refundable Circumstances

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date
• Accounts that have generated 10 or more AI images after the purchase
• Credits that have been consumed more than 20%
• Any use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service
• Free trial, promotional, or bonus credits

Refund Processing

• Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Gemini Image Studio
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds based on service usage and specific circumstances. The partial amount will be determined after reviewing your case.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
